Use this form to initiate a request to permanently delete your SM Garments customer account and the associated personal information that we are not required to keep.

Enter the email address associated with your customer account. We will contact you to verify your identity before processing deletion. We will confirm the outcome by email. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or one-time verification codes. If the form does not work, please use the SM Garments contact form and write DELETE MY ACCOUNT in the message.
