Returns for refund are not accepted. SM Garments International Multi Brands Online Store provides an exchange option only, in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, provided they meet the exchange conditions.

We do not provide cash refunds for change of mind, size selection or other non-defective product returns. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our customer support team promptly so the issue can be reviewed for an eligible exchange or replacement.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
